Full-Time or Part-Time
- Evaluate and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries
- Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and diagnostic studies
- Perform procedures (laceration repair, I&D, splinting, etc.)
- Stabilize and triage higher acuity patients appropriately
- Perform DOT physicals (FMCSA certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Conduct pre-employment, return-to-work, and injury evaluations
- Manage workers’ compensation cases
- Complete employer-required documentation accurately and efficiently
- Experience with Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs) is a plus
- Work independently while collaborating with support staff
- Maintain efficient patient flow and strong patient experience
- Support and guide MAs and X-ray techs during busy shifts
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation in EMR
- NP (AANP/ANCC) or PA (NCCPA) – Board Certified
- Active Missouri license + DEA
- 2+ years urgent care, ER, or acute care experience strongly preferred
- Experience with occupational medicine and DOT physicals (or willingness to train)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable balancing clinical care with efficiency and documentation
- Strong communicator with patients, staff, and employers
